Stories of God at Work

 

We are really passionate about sharing stories of what God is doing in all of the become communities.

There’s a verse in a book of the Bible called James that says: “whatever God whispers in your ear, shout from all the rooftops for everyone to hear”. We have a similar philosophy with sharing stories of what Jesus is doing in all of our lives. If Jesus is doing/ saying stuff, we want the world to know about it!!

 Community Life 

As part of normal Christian life some pretty exciting stuff tends to happen.

This section is filled with stories of people getting to know Jesus and having a relationship with him.

Mission Days 

As a whole community we do a termly mission day where we all hit the street and get stuck in with showing Jesus' love to students and residents of Sheffield.

Mozambique

 In 2009 we took the first student team to Pemba, Mozambique to work for Iris Ministries. The team got involved in the children's & baby homes, with village feeding programmes, hospital and prison visits, got to see a Mozambique wedding and baptisms, visited some remote villages and had lots of fun. Click on the picture to read all about their experiences.
